About NMTC, Yeji
A dedicated institution shaping the future of healthcare in Ghana through compassionate, competency-based education.
History & Background
The college was established in 2016 following the conception of the idea by the then Member of Parliament of Pru East, Hon. Dr. Kwabena Donkor.
The Traditional Council made a formal request to the Ministry of Health at the time. The college was approved, and the first batch of Registered Midwifery students was admitted in November, 2016.
Since then, the college has grown into a reputable health training institution serving the Pru East District and the broader Bono East Region of Ghana.
Mission
To turn out highly motivated and efficient healthcare givers through the provision of competency-based training to meet contemporary health issues.
Vision
A model training center of contemporary and disciplined healthcare givers.
